4. Raiders vs. Lions

Unfortunately for both the Oakland Raiders and Detroit Lions, there are a few losses from the last two months that easily could have been wins, meaning each team is arguably better than their record indicates.

Depending on how the next two months go, there’s a good chance the Raiders and Lions could emerge as surprise contenders for a playoff spot.

But before jumping too far ahead down the road since there’s plenty of football remaining, all the main focus is on Sunday’s meeting between two teams desperate to earn another win.

While the Lions managed to survive a close one last weekend against the New York Giants in a game that saw Daniel Jones finish with four touchdown passes, the Raiders nearly knocked off the Houston Texans on the road before coming up just short.

Looking at each team’s quarterback in Derek Carr and Matthew Stafford, there’s a good chance this contest could turn out to be a shootout that comes right down to one of the final drives in the fourth quarter.

And of course if this were to be the case, this would make for another entertaining battle for football fans to enjoy since everyone loves a high-scoring battle that consists of numerous touchdowns.
