1. Ravens vs. Patriots

Could Sunday night’s game between the Baltimore Ravens and New England Patriots turn out to be an early playoff preview for January?

Plenty could happen from now until January, if this were to end up being the case, football fans wouldn’t be mad one bit.

Over the years, there have been plenty of epic battles in the postseason between the Patriots and Ravens, as these two teams always seem to be part of intense contests each time they meet.

Plenty of factors will come into play over how this game turns out, but the one worth keeping an eye on this most could be how Lamar Jackson looks against the stellar defense of the Patriots.

What Jackson has been able to accomplish for the Ravens on offense this season has been truly incredible to witness, but there’s no question Sunday will be his toughest test to date.

Jackson already drew plenty of praise for taking down the Seattle Seahawks on the road a few weeks ago the way he did, and with a similar outing against New England, this could be another strong statement by the young Baltimore quarterback.

The Patriots certainly aren’t going to make it easy for Jackson, but in order to be the best, one has to challenge the best.
