3. 44. Scouting Report. DE. Atlanta Falcons. Chase Young. Pick Analysis. player

The Atlanta Falcons recorded two sacks in their loss to the Seahawks in Week 8. That doesn’t sound significant but it is due to the fact that they had gone the previous four games without recording a single sack. That’s frustrating for any team but even worse for a squad led by a defensive-minded head coach such as Dan Quinn.

Looking forward to 2020, it’s likely Quinn will no longer be in charge. Whoever is named coach will surely want to address the problems on the edge. Luckily for them, they can do that here as Ohio State’s Chase Young is still on the board at No. 3.

Young is easily the top talent in this class and seems impossible to block. He had 10.5 sacks as a sophomore and has added another 13.5 this year in just eight games. His ability to hurry the quarterback will make everyone’s job easier in Atlanta.

Washington Redskins. WR. 4. player. 58. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. Jerry Jeudy

Dwayne Haskins hasn’t looked the part yet but the Washington Redskins still hope he can develop into their franchise quarterback. They also landed a steal in the third round with Terry McLaurin who has been a good deep threat at wide receiver.

Here, they get another weapon in the passing game as they land Jerry Jeudy from Alabama. It’s been a while since Washington has had a legitimate No. 1 wideout, which is exactly what they’re getting here.

Jeudy, a polished route runner with deep speed has 134 receptions for 2,261 yards and 24 touchdowns so far in his career. Whether Haskins proves to be the man or not, he will at least have the weapons needed to succeed.
