Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. OT. 53. Cleveland Browns. Alex Leatherwood. 9. player

Reports have suggested that the Cleveland Browns are unhappy with the Washington Redskins in regards to a failed trade for left tackle Trent Williams. Cleveland was ready to send a first-round pick but Washington balked and then tried to get more at the deadline. In the end, nothing happened between the two teams and the Browns still need all sorts of help on their offensive line — and not landing Williams could be a plus for them as they get much younger here with the selection of Alex Leatherwood from Alabama.

A former starter at right guard, Leatherwood moved to left tackle this season following Jonah Williams heading to the NFL. He’s done well in that role and is still getting better. He has the athleticism to shine at the next level and will quickly become the best lineman on the team in Cleveland.

Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. CB. Oakland Raiders. 28. Jeffrey Okudah. 10. player

Via Chicago Bears

Last season, the Oakland Raiders created a hole when they traded Khalil Mack to the Chicago Bears. They used their first pick last draft to try and fill that hole with Clelin Ferrell out of Clemson. This season, they created another hole when they traded away former first-round pick Gareon Conley — and got little in return.

Here, they fill that spot with another Ohio State cornerback in Jeffrey Okudah. Again, they have multiple picks in the opening round so this is just the first player Jon Gruden brings in to continue his extensive overhaul
