21. Jacksonville Jaguars (19)

The final game of the 2019 season overseas was played in Week 9 as the Jacksonville Jaguars and Houston Texans faced off. Jacksonville has been featured in the international series more frequently than any other team and it was evident by the number of Gardner Minshew-mustaches seen in the crowd. That was a good thing for them considering this counted as one of their home games. What wasn’t great was the way this game went for them.

Houston held the lead throughout, even though it was a rather tight game until the third quarter. Jacksonville was making the Texans work hard for everything as they went to the half with the score 9-3. Then, the dam finally broke as the Texans ground game blew up.

Carlos Hyde, who spent part of last season with the Jas, rushed for 160 yards on just 19 carries which was needed considering Deshaun Watson recorded just 201 yards — which is pretty low for him. Still, he made enough plays to knock off Jacksonville as they fell to 4-5 on the season.

From here, the real story will be what they do after the bye week under center. After taking Week 10 off, they’re expected to have Nick Foles back and they need to decide if they want to turn to him or continue to roll with Minshew. The sixth-round pick has played much better than anticipated but Sunday’s game wasn’t his best performance which could factor into the coming decision.
