32. Cincinnati Bengals (31)

Sitting at 0-8 entering the bye week, head coach Zac Taylor decided to make a change at the quarterback position for the Cincinnati Bengals. Long-time starter Andy Dalton was benched and Ryan Finley will be taking his place when they take the field in Week 10 against the Baltimore Ravens. They also hope to have a familiar face return as wideout A.J. Green hopes to return to the field after missing their first eight games.

The explosive wideout recently spoke to reporters about possibly returning and also expressed confidence in the rookie quarterback, who he says is a competitor.

"“I love Ryan, man. Ryan is a competitor. He wants to win. He has that edge,” Green said after Wednesday’s practice via the team’s official website. “He has that leadership. It’s going to be a little different for him now. He’s young, so he doesn’t really understand the business side of this. So it’s probably a little awkward with him and Andy because him and Andy has a great relationship, but at the end of the day it’s a business and you have to take your emotion out of it sometime and just focus on the business part.”"

Finley won’t be able to salvage this season but playing him now allows Cincinnati enough time to see what he can do. If he shows the ability to be a starter, they won’t be pressed to use their top pick on a new quarterback. However, should he struggle, they might need to start scouting some of the big names in college football.
