Arizona Cardinals (3-5-1) at Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2-6)

Sunday, November 10, 1PM ET

Despite their 3-5-1 record, I still believe this Arizona Cardinals team can get a lot better before the end of the year. They’ve put together some impressive performances, have shown steady progress, and nearly knocked off the undefeated San Francisco 49ers in Week 9.

As Kyler Murray and Kliff Kingsbury get more NFL experience, they’ll start to gel better as a combination. And it’s not like the Cardinals don’t have weapons to work with on the offensive end. Despite recent injuries, they’ve found ways to move the ball. If only it wasn’t for their lackluster defense, they may be in a better situation heading into Week 10.

As for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the outlook isn’t so cheery. Sure, they’ve had some close calls this season. They’ve also had plenty of games where their quarterback and defense have held them back. The Buccaneers have the pieces to push for a playoff spot, but whoever is trying to put them together is doing it wrong.

Maybe this Buccaneers group just needs another year to coalesce. For the time being, though, I believe the losses will continue to pile up. This week, with the Cardinals coming to town, look for another notch to land in the loss column as Murray puts on a show, leading Arizona to victory.

Prediction: Cardinals win 31-27
