NFL Week 10, 2019: 5 Coaches on the hot seat
By Dan Parzych
1. Dan Quinn
The fact that Dan Quinn is currently in the top spot on this list, and is coming off a bye week shows how bad this season has been for the Atlanta Falcons.
After a thrilling Week 2 win over the Philadelphia Eagles, the Falcons seemed to be heading towards becoming one of the top teams to beat in the NFC after missing out on the playoffs last season.
Instead, that Week 2 victory has been the lone win for Atlanta in 2019, and it doesn’t look like things are going to get better anytime soon.
Just like the situation with the Cleveland Browns and Freddie Kitchens, the Falcons make it seem like they want to keep Quinn around, especially when seeing how much the current players respect him as a head coach.
But at the end of the day, the NFL is still a business, and with Atlanta failing to live up to high expectations with a talented team, Quinn seems like a strong candidate to be out of a job by the time January arrives.
To top it off, the Falcons will face one of the toughest teams in the league on Sunday in the New Orleans Saints, meaning this team will most likely only have one win still heading into Week 11.
