6. Jackson rests in fourth quarter due to blowout

If there were still any doubters over whether Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens are in fact the real deal, no one seems to be questioning them anymore after watching their recent win over the New England Patriots.

When looking at how dominant the Patriots’ defense has been for most of 2019, the Ravens made a strong case over being the top team to beat in the AFC, but also know there’s a good chance they will meet New England again come January.

Before jumping too far ahead down the road, the main focus for Baltimore at the moment is on Sunday’s meeting against a familiar face in the Cincinnati Bengals.

All due respect to the Bengals since every team deserves consideration to have a fighting chance, but the Ravens should have little trouble winning this one when seeing how the two teams compare.

The fact that Cincinnati is still winless at this point in November shows just how rough this year has been for Zac Taylor and company with no signs of getting better anytime soon as a result of a brutal schedule.

Knowing the Ravens, this team will jump out to an early lead over the Bengals, and get to a position where Jackson can earn some extra rest in the fourth quarter.
