1. Cowboys make statement, beat Vikings by 14+ points

Despite the fact that I don’t believe the Dallas Cowboys will have an answer for Dalvin Cook, the Minnesota Vikings don’t have an answer for what can be one of the best offenses in football. The Vikings defense has not been the elite group that we’re accustomed to seeing from Mike Zimmer coached teams and, with the way Prescott, Elliott and the Cowboys offense is playing, that’s bad news.

Perhaps the biggest reason to doubt the Vikings on Sunday Night Football, though, is Cousins. Yes, prior to last week, the veteran quarterback had been playing lights-out football. However, he’s got a long, proven track record of playing incredibly poorly in primetime games, especially against top-tier opponents. In Dallas, it’s hard to see that turning around.

Thus, if Cousins gives the ball back to the Cowboys, the effects of Cook are going to be lessened in this Week 10 matchup. And with the way that Dallas can move the ball both through the air and on the ground, that likely means Cousins digging the Vikings into a hole they aren’t going to be able to get out of.

When 60 minutes are up on Sunday night at AT&T Stadium, the Cowboys are going to make a statement. Against another potential NFC playoff team, Dak and Zeke are going to have monster games that lead the way to at least a two-touchdown victory at home.
