4. Green Bay Packers (6)

There aren’t going to many occasions in which the Green Bay Packers defeat playoff-caliber teams when Aaron Rodgers fails to throw a single touchdown pass, but this was exactly the case on Sunday during the team’s win over the Carolina Panthers.

Thanks to Aaron Jones continuing to make a case for being one of the top running backs across the league, Rodgers isn’t facing as much pressure to get into the end zone through the air.

Jones finding the end zone three times in the win over the Panthers to go along with 93 rushing yards shows just how dangerous this offense can be for the Packers when the unit is on top of their game.

One week after suffering an embarrassing loss on the road to the Los Angeles Chargers, this was the kind of game Green Bay needed to make a statement over being a top contender in the NFC since the competition is heating up pretty fast.

After their bye week, the Packers will head out west for a tough battle on the road against the San Francisco 49ers in what could easily turn out to be an early playoff preview if all continues to go well over the final two months.
