The Dallas Cowboys address needs all over the defensive side of the ball in this 7-round 2020 NFL Mock Draft at Week 11

The Week 10 loss is still fresh for the Dallas Cowboys who understand there’s still a lot for them to clean up. They have the talent on both sides of the ball to compete with the best teams in the business, but they continue to find ways to lose games.

That was the case on Sunday Night Football as they took the ball out of the hands of Dak Prescott late in the game, despite the fact that he was dealing it against a strong Minnesota defense.

Instead, they tried to turn it over to Ezekiel Elliott, who had been bottled up all night. That remained the case and after the game, head coach Jason Garrett started to sound like a man who knew his days were numbered.

Normally calm and calculated in his responses, Garrett seemed much more agitated and was pointing out which mistakes weren’t on him. He reminded us all that Kellen Moore was the play-caller and even said Dak Prescott had options on the final play — which could mean he made the wrong call on the fourth-and-five.

None of this bodes well for Garrett. He’s been in charge since halfway through 2010 and has yet to show he can sustain any success. He’s also been terrible in games where Tony Romo or Dak Prescott are not starting, which is another reason people are calling for his job.

Whether he is there or not, we do know there are a few holes on the roster to fill should the Cowboys want to continue to and contend in the NFC East. We attempt to fill those spots here in this 7-Round, 2020 NFL Mock Draft.
