Buffalo Bills (6-3) at Miami Dolphins (2-7)

Sunday, November 17, 1PM ET

The Miami Dolphins can’t actually win three in a row, can they? I guess anything is possible in today’s NFL, but neither of their wins in recent weeks were against top competition. I mean, who considers beating Brian Hoyer as a praise-worthy accomplishment?

Still, apparently the Dolphins aren’t as much of a pushover as we thought. And yet, I refuse to pick them to win this week. Against a Bills team that’s still squarely in the hunt for one of the AFC’s Wild Card spots, they’re going to come out guns blazing on Sunday and ensure they avoid starting a losing streak.

Yes, Buffalo is coming off a disappointing loss to the Cleveland Browns. Yes, the offense has been stagnant at times throughout the 2019 season. While that may be the case, I find it hard to imagine Ryan Fitzpatrick having enough left in the tank to overcome this fantastic Bills defense.

The Dolphins keep things uncomfortable for the Bills, a team that has made a habit of winning close games this season. In the end, though, Buffalo pulls ahead in the fourth quarter and never relinquishes the lead. Miami’s winning streak ends, and all is right with the world.

Prediction: Bills win 27-17
