2. Chiefs, Chargers combine for 70+ points

Rivalries tend to help teams elevate their games to new levels, and with the Kansas City Chiefs taking on the Los Angeles Chargers on Monday night, one can only imagine how much scoring will take place in this contest.

Even though the Chiefs are currently in first place at the moment in the AFC West, plenty could change from now until the end of December if the Chargers find a way to make a late surprise run.

In what will be the first of two meetings, Monday’s game between Kansas City and Los Angeles could turn out to be one of those games that sees a ton of scoring with the winner being decided on the final drive of the game.

Both the Chiefs and Chargers experienced games they would like to forget in Week 10, but at least Monday will be the perfect opportunity for each team to bounce back.

Knowing the competitive nature of Patrick Mahomes and Philip Rivers, football fans most likely won’t be disappointed with the high amount of trips into the end zone for this one.

Combining for more than 70 points sounds a little bold, but with these AFC West teams hungry for a win, it’s certainly possible.
