15. Cooper catches 11 passes for third time in 2019

Missed opportunity is probably the best way to describe last Sunday for the Dallas Cowboys after the team failed to defeat the Minnesota Vikings at home to drop their record to 5-4 on the season, which is the same as the Philadelphia Eagles.

All season, the Cowboys have been considered one of the favorites along with the Eagles to finish on top of the division.

And while Dallas arguably still deserves to be viewed as the favorites to end up on top of the division, they still have plenty of work to do.

On a positive note, at least Amari Cooper continues to show he deserves to be considered a top wideout in the NFL after finishing with another strong outing in the loss to the Vikings by catching 11 passes for 147 yards to go along with a touchdown.

Coincidentally, this happened to be the second time in 2019 that Cooper caught 11 passes in a game, and it could very well happen again on Sunday with the Cowboys hitting the road to take on the Detroit Lions.

With the Lions’ defense looking like one of the most underrated units in the league, Dak Prescott is going to need all of the extra help possible from players like Cooper in this one.
