Some of our favorite quarterbacks have been fantasy duds this season. That’s why you need our rankings for 2-QB leagues in Fantasy Football week 11.

Week 10 was an interesting one for two-quarterback leagues. There were six teams on bye, meaning just 26 starting quarterbacks were playing in real life, and 24 were needed in 12-team fantasy football leagues. Unless someone went out on a limb to start Taysom Hill (which would never be recommended), there were few options to turn to.

Surprisingly, the two QBs who should have been “benched” last week, i.e. the two passers of the 26 who scored the fewest points, were Jared Goff and Brian Hoyer. Ryan Finley was nearly as terrible, and no one in their right mind would have preferred Finley to either of those players. But we had Goff in our top 12 last week! That means we would have started him in a standard league.

We don’t know what to make of the Rams offense at this point. Goff personally, in nine games played, has had five good games, one okay game, one bad game, and two terrible outings. He’s been super inconsistent as the players around him cycle.

His offensive line has been statistically okay but anecdotally bad. Brandin Cooks had been invisible and then hurt. Todd Gurley is being held back to save his knees. And maybe the league has caught up to Sean McVay a bit. Any way you slice it, Goff isn’t good enough to lift the players around him. For the season, he is 18th in quarterback fantasy points and can no longer be counted on as a guaranteed two-QB starter.

As the quarterback carousel swirls violently, who’s the best quarterback play in Fantasy Football Week 11? We’ve got your exclusive rankings right here.

Two brothers from New York, Dan Salem and Todd Salem, debate Fantasy Football Week 11 in today’s NFL Sports Debate.

Fantasy Football Week 11 – The Top 12

Lamar Jackson (Dan’s Ranking: 1, Todd’s Ranking: 2), Patrick Mahomes (Dan: 3, Todd: 1), Drew Brees (Dan: 2, Todd: 6), Deshaun Watson (Dan: 6, Todd: 3), Tom Brady (TIE – Dan: 7, Todd: 5), Dak Prescott (TIE – Dan: 8, Todd: 4), Matt Ryan (TIE – Dan: 4, Todd: 9), Josh Allen (TIE – Dan: 5, Todd: 8), Jameis Winston (Dan: 9, Todd: 7), Kirk Cousins (TIE – Dan: 10, Todd: 12), Jimmy Garoppolo (TIE – Dan: 12, Todd: 10), Matthew Stafford (TIE – Dan: 11, Todd: 13), Derek Carr (TIE – Dan: 13, Todd: 11)

Dan Salem on Carr at 13: A cupcake matchup with Cincinnati elevates Carr this week. He also has his Raiders playing well which gives me confidence in his fantasy numbers.
Todd Salem on Stafford at 13: Stafford is week to week with his back injury. He seemed on the verge of playing in Week 10, which to me, indicates he is more probable than questionable for Week 11. If he doesn’t end up playing, Jeff Driskel would not make my rankings unless both Stafford and Jacoby Brissett are out. He was good in a pinch last week, but I wouldn’t count on a repeat.

14. Kyler Murray (Dan: 15, Todd: 14)

Dan Salem: I don’t like the matchup, but there’s no denying Murray’s track record of excellent performances. I’m betting he excels, even against San Francisco.
Todd Salem: Is it good for Murray or bad that he just played the 49ers a few games ago and had a good outing? Is that a sign he can move the football on them, or does it increase the likelihood that he will struggle (assuming a great defense switches things up and gets the better of a rookie quarterback/head coach)? I lean toward the former.

15. Sam Darnold (Dan: 14, Todd: 18)

Dan Salem: A stellar fantasy week against the Giants was the perfect confidence game for another great week versus Washington. The Redskins are worse, meaning Darnold likely puts up even better numbers.
Todd Salem: The Samchise continues to do just enough to keep himself relevant in these rankings. Yet another good matchup this week makes him playable.

16. Philip Rivers (Dan: 17, Todd: 16)

Dan Salem: Kansas City presents a solid opportunity for Rivers to have a big game, but he has not been producing much this season. Here’s hoping he pulls one out of his back pocket.
Todd Salem: The struggles continue for the Los Angeles Chargers. Rivers has a low ceiling at this point. He’s only topped 17 points once since Week 4. This is a good matchup before the LA bye, but not enough to count on Rivers as your top QB.

17. TIE – Carson Wentz (Dan: 16, Todd: 20)

Dan Salem: Wentz is a roll of the dice, especially versus New England. The Eagles need this game badly, so look for Wentz to press. Boom or bust indeed.
Todd Salem: Even after a bye week, the tough defenses facing Philadelphia do not let up. Week 11 is the worst of all, with New England in the crosshairs. Wentz’s normally high ceiling is much lower this time out.

17. TIE – Jacoby Brissett (Dan: 21, Todd: 15)

Dan Salem: See Foles, except I’m not convinced he’s fully healthy.
Todd Salem: Brissett, like Stafford, is questionable but more on the probable side in my opinion. This is a huge game for the Colts, and I’m sure they will do everything they can to get him back on the field. Brian Hoyer was very disappointing as a Week 10 starter. He wouldn’t make my rankings this week if he ends up filling in.

19. Nick Foles (Dan: 20, Todd: 17)

Dan Salem: I’d like to say Foles breaks out in his first game back, but its more likely that Jacksonville and Indianapolis play a low scoring game. I don’t love Foles this week, but he’s better than those below him.
Todd Salem: Where do we slot Foles in for his first game since Week 1 and his presumed first full game as a member of the Jaguars? It is definitely tricky. Jacksonville had been in good hands with Gardner Minshew. Would any early struggles get Foles pulled from this one? That has to be a concern, where I can’t rank him any higher than 17th.

20. Jared Goff (Dan: 18, Todd: 21)

Dan Salem: We cannot count on Goff to put up big fantasy numbers any longer. Will Chicago’s defense continue to look pedestrian? It’s unclear, making Goff a risky play.
Todd Salem: This is the best we can do for Goff coming off his latest performance and set to face one of the best defenses in the league.

21. Kyle Allen (Dan: 22, Todd: 19)

Dan Salem: Atlanta’s defense shut down New Orleans last week, so Allen could be in trouble. But if the Falcons look like they did over the first nine weeks, then Allen might pull off a very good game.
Todd Salem: The second-most competent fantasy Allen, Kyle gets a good matchup in Week 11. Despite what Atlanta just did to New Orleans, I’ll rely on nine other weeks of evidence to the contrary.

22. Ryan Fitzpatrick (Dan: 19, Todd: N/A)

Dan Salem: Until his magic runs out, I like Fitzpatrick. The Bills have fallen down to earth and Miami is riding high on two wins worth of confidence. This could be another big game for Fitz.

23. Baker Mayfield (Dan: 23, Todd: 22)

Dan Salem: Thursday night is anyone’s guess and Mayfield has not impressed this season. Facing Pittsburgh’s tough defense makes this week even harder for him.
Todd Salem: Mayfield is coming out of his own gauntlet of opposing defenses, but he has one more week to go. Pittsburgh is behind only New England in forcing turnovers and has played like one of the best defenses in the league since Week 1.

24. Mason Rudolph (Dan: 24, Todd: 23)

Dan Salem: Because Rudolph gets an easier defense on Thursday, he has a shot at some big plays and a nice game. Unfortunately, his track record is not in our favor.
Todd Salem: The way Pittsburgh plays with Rudolph, he has one of the lowest ceilings of any fantasy quarterback. He remains solid week to week though. And that high floor may be preferable to any of the remaining options.

25. Mitchell Trubisky (Dan: N/A, Todd: 24)

Todd Salem: Five weeks with fewer than 10 fantasy points. Three weeks of 20 fantasy points. Football analysts have been rightly killing Trubisky all season, but he has put up some big numbers in multiple weeks. It’s a big roll of the dice to expect that against a top Rams defense.
