As the wins continue piling up, it’s now looking like the Minnesota Vikings stand a legitimate chance at booking a trip to Super Bowl LIV. Here’s why.

Not many people expected the Minnesota Vikings to be in the mix for Super Bowl LIV back in August. Now in prime position to make a run at the playoffs, it’s time for skeptics to admit the Vikings are a team worth taking seriously in the SBLIV discussion.

Now I will admit that the road to being crowned NFC Champs and securing their fifth Super Bowl appearance is a bumpy one. They’ve got to go through teams like the San Francisco 49ers, Green Bay Packers, New Orleans Saints and Seattle Seahawks, two of which they’ll still face during the regular season. Put simply, it’s going to take everything the Vikings have — and then some.

While that may be the case, I’m confident this club is up to the task.

By the time you’re done reading this, you’ll have a better understanding of why I feel that way. It’s not bias or some irrational thinking, I assure you. Instead, the belief is based on what I’ve seen this season from the Vikings and what they’ll bring to the table when January rolls around.

So here we go — let’s dive right in to help you understand why you shouldn’t be surprised if the Vikings are playing in Miami come Feb. 2, 2020. It’s time to change your thinking about Minnesota as a legitimate contender to play in Super Bowl LIV.
