After a stunning loss to the Falcons, the New Orleans Saints need to get a win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Here are five bold predictions for Week 11.

Heading into Week 11, the New Orleans Saints are in better shape than we thought. When Drew Brees went down, it felt like a nightmare come true. However, the team managed to pull it together in the weeks he was gone. Overall, everything somehow fell into place for the Saints and even his first game back was noteworthy.

Against the Cardinals, Drew Brees has a monster welcome back game. He finished the game with over 350 passing yards, three touchdowns, one interception and an almost 80 percent completion rate. Overall, it was a huge game for both Brees and the team as a whole. It feels like worlds away from his performance against the Falcons, though.

Against the Falcons, Drew Brees threw for 287 yards which aren’t bad but finished the game with neither a touchdown nor an interception. It was shocking considering how well he had played right before their bye week. Their nine points came via their kicker Wil Lutz who kicked for three field goals including his longest, a 47-yarder. Overall against the Falcons, the Saints couldn’t seem to finish.

This week, they face another divisional opponent in the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. With the Saints sitting at 7-2 and the Bucs sitting at 3-6, this seems like an easy win. Then again, last week did too so we’ll see.

Before the ball is kicked off though, here are five bold predictions for the New Orleans Saints as they travel to Tampa Bay for a Week 11 matchup.
