Scouting Report. 13. player. 53. Pick Analysis. OT. Cleveland Browns. Alaric Jackson

The Cleveland Browns have been all over the news this week, but for the wrong reasons. They were featured on Thursday Night Football and while they knocked off the Pittsburgh Steelers, they also lost Myles Garrett for the rest of the season. He was suspended for hitting Mason Rudolph in the head with a helmet and was sidelined indefinitely by the league.

That was just the latest case of the team not having any discipline and while they can’t draft that, they can fix the offensive line — and they need to address it badly. That leads to the selection of Alaric Jackson here.

And if they really want to keep Baker Mayfield upright, this better not be the last pick they spend on the offensive line.

Pick Analysis. 14. 13. Scouting Report. QB. Los Angeles Chargers. Justin Herbert. player

Had Justin Herbert gone into the draft last season, he had a shot at being the first overall pick. Instead, he returned to Oregon for another year and it hurt his stock. He hasn’t been bad at all this season but he hasn’t wowed the scouts the way he did early in his career.

Still, he has the talent to be a day one pick and the Los Angeles Chargers snatch him up here. They’re rumored to be ready to move on from Philip Rivers and the addition of Herbert allows that to happen.
