Pick Analysis. RB. A.J. Dillon. 6. Scouting Report. Boston College. player. 826

Via Cleveland Browns (Wyatt Teller trade)

Again, the Bills are on the clock thanks to the Wyatt Teller trade with Cleveland. This time, they look to Boston College to add a bruising running back in A.J. Dillon. Frank Gore surely can’t play forever, so Buffalo needs someone who can pair with Devin Singletary as a pounding short-yardage back.

Dillon is an underrated player who has 4,148 yards and 37 touchdowns in three seasons with the Eagles. He doesn’t offer much in the passing game but the Bills will just be happy to have a 240-pound back who can gain the tough yards.

Pick Analysis. Samuel Cosmi. OT. Texas. 6. player. Scouting Report. 851

As was mentioned earlier, the Bills have a couple of young offensive tackles in Dion Dawkins and Cody Ford. They’re likely going to start for a while together but that doesn’t mean they don’t need to add depth.

Samuel Cosmi isn’t a household name but he sure looks the part at 6-7 and 300 pounds. He’s struggled with some big-name edge rushers but using a sixth-round pick on a player with plenty of starting experience and some upside isn’t the worst idea.

Kalija Lipscomb. 6. player. Pick Analysis. WR. Vanderbilt. 887. Scouting Report

via New England (Russell Bodine trade)

Russell Bodine never even made the New England Patriots roster but the Bills get the sixth-round pick exchanged for him anyway. They use that pick to add another wide receiver to their roster in Kalija Lipscomb.

The 6-1, 200-pound receiver has been quiet this season with just 387 yards on 36 receptions but has had plenty of success in the past. He’s a good route runner with solid hands and the Bills can use all the help they can get at this position.
