The Baltimore Ravens got a statement win and Lamar Jackson proved he’s worthy of the MVP. Here’s how that game and more shook up the 2019 NFL Power Rankings.

It was supposed to be the game of the week as the Baltimore Ravens and Houston Texans faced off on Sunday. The Week 11 matchup featured two of the best young signal-callers in the game with Lamar Jackson leading his Ravens as they hosted Deshaun Watson and the Houston Texans.

However, this one wasn’t even close. Houston was thoroughly outmatched and lost 41-7. Jackson was impressive and added another huge win to his impressive resume. He threw for 222 yards with four touchdowns and no picks and added another 86 yards on the ground including an exciting 39-yard rush.

As for Watson, he was off all day as the Ravens defense held him to just 169 yards with an interception and no touchdowns. The Texans fell to 6-4 and are now in a tie for their division whereas the Ravens are now one step closer to the No. 1 seed in the AFC and are in full control of their division.

And Jackson is also in control of the NFL MVP race. There are other deserving names as well but It’s hard to argue against what Jackson has done since taking over for the Ravens. He’s a nightmare to try and match up against and they’re finally an offensive powerhouse after years of being a defensive-minded franchise.

Now we look at how the Ravens and every other team stack up against one another in our Week 12 edition of the 2019 NFL Power Rankings.
