23. Jacksonville Jaguars (22)

The Jacksonville Jaguars finally had Nick Foles back on the field, but the team didn’t look any better with him on the field. He did throw for 296 yards and two touchdowns but also had an interception. The offense was bad, netting just 13 points, but their defense was even worse.

Indianapolis had a subpar day from quarterback Jacoby Brissett, who had just 148 yards on 15-of-24 passing. Even with him not lighting things up, the Colts managed to score 33 points on the Jags. They also had two running backs cross the 100-yard plateau as Marlon Mack went for 109 yards and Jonathan Williams added 116.

In all, the Colts managed 264 yards on 36 rushes with three scores. Jacksonville responded with just 29 yards on the ground. Leonard Fournette had 23 of those yards. Of course, falling behind as much as they did had a lot to do with that as Jacksonville had to abandon the run as they were desperately trying to get back into the game.

The Jaguars spent a lot of money on Foles and hoped his arrival could solidify their passing attack. Unfortunately, he was lost early in the season and Gardner Minshew became one of the more popular players in the entire NFL. If Foles can’t get things right, there will be some serious calls for Minshew mania to start again.
