22. Chicago Bears (21)

It was an issue last season and it continues to be an issue in 2019. The Chicago Bears simply cannot find a reliable field goal kicker. They saw their season end on a missed field goal from Cody Parkey in the playoffs and he was then released. Chicago then held the weirdest tryout where a bunch of guys tried from the same spot Parkey failed to convert on, and they went with Eddy Pineiro who had a night to forget on Sunday Night Football.

Pineiro missed two kicks in the first half which set his team back as they went into the intermission down 10-0 against the Los Angeles Rams. That proved vital as they remained in this game until late in the fourth quarter when the Rams finally put it away with a late touchdown.

Now at 4-6, head coach Matt Nagy has a lot of work to do. His team looks nothing like the one he fielded a season ago and they have to have a serious conversation about Mitchell Trubisky, who seems to have taken a huge step backward this season.

They even opened up speculation as Nagy took Trubisky out in favor of Chase Daniel with roughly two minutes to go. While it was a longshot for them to even get back into the game, there was still a chance so making the switch under center could have been telling.
