The Lamar Jackson show just keeps getting better. The Baltimore Ravens hosted the Houston Texans this week and got a huge statement win. Heading into the weekend, there was a lot of talk about Jackson going against Deshaun Watson of the Texans, but this was as lopsided as they come.

Jackson continued to play out of his mind, throwing for 222 yards with four touchdowns and no picks. He also kept hurting teams with his legs, gaining 86 yards on the ground. As frustrating as that had to be for Houston, they were surely more bothered by the way Gus Edwards performed against them.

They worked hard to slow down Mark Ingram, which they did. He ended up with just 48 yards on 13 carries but Edwards ripped off 112 yards — including a 63-yard run late in the fourth quarter, which followed the Texans only score of the game, a 41-yard run by Carlos Hyde.

Another big test comes for the Ravens over the next few games as they will travel to Los Angeles to play the Rams before hosting the San Francisco 49ers. After those games, they have another interesting one with a road game in Buffalo scheduled.

They should have no problem wrapping up the AFC North and could solidify themselves as contenders if they take care of business over the next few tough games.
