Seattle Seahawks (8-2) at Philadelphia Eagles (5-5)

Sunday, November 24, 1PM ET

All of you skeptics out there — it’s time to hop on the Seattle Seahawks bandwagon. Seriously, they just handed the San Francisco 49ers their first loss, have a seemingly possessed Russell Wilson under center, and a defense that loves to create turnovers in the clutch.

I could go on. How about Chris Carson, who’s had a breakout year as the Seahawks’ workhorse runner? Or maybe a receiving quartet that includes Tyler Lockett, D.K. Metcalf, Josh Gordon and Jacob Hollister? Still not convinced? Here’s what’ll push you off the fence: Jadeveon Clowney. Yes, it’s time to buy into Seattle.

While you’re at it, buy into my prediction that they’re going to knock off the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 12. There are plenty of folks who aren’t. Those folks are eagerly waiting for the Eagles to emerge as sleeper Super Bowl contenders, but I wouldn’t hold my breath. Instead, stop sleeping on the Seahawks and understand they’re for real.

The Philadelphia offense is too inconsistent, and their defense isn’t ready for Wilson is cooking. He’ll put on another dazzling performance and give MVP voters one more thing to think about as we head down the final stretch of the 2019 NFL season.

Prediction: Seahawks win 24-17
