Here are five head coaches that should consider themselves on the hot seat entering NFL Week 12 of the 2019 season.

Isn’t it crazy to think about how it’s already NFL Week 12 of the 2019 season, and there are only six games to go before the playoffs officially get underway?

While there will be plenty of excitement surrounding which teams will be participating in this year’s playoffs, it will also be interesting to see which teams find themselves in need of a new head coach.

After the Washington Redskins decided to part ways with Jay Gruden a while back, it seemed like only a matter of time before other individuals followed the same path of the former head coach.

With the end of the regular season right around the corner, these final six games will be extremely important for numerous individuals looking to save their jobs, whether it happens to be Matt Patricia or Ron Rivera.

However, when it comes to the strongest candidate to most likely lose their job by season’s end, the New York Giants are worth keeping an eye on with Pat Shurmur.

Back in September when the Giants won their first two games with Daniel Jones under center, Shurmur’s job appeared to be safe for at least this season, but the team has failed to win a single game since Week 4, which has been beyond frustrating for New York.

Along with Shurmur’s situation, here are few other candidates that deserve to be on the hot seat entering NFL Week 12 with time running out to prove themselves worthy of hanging on to their jobs beyond the 2019 season.
