2. Jacob Hollister, TE, Seahawks (vs. PHI)

When Will Dissly went down for the season, I — along with everyone else — was ready to give up on Seattle tight ends as a whole. But then, here comes Jacob Hollister. He has at least six targets in three of the last four games and has three touchdowns in the last two weeks. Moreover, Hollister had 10 targets in Week 10, which was tied for the lead on the team with D.K. Metcalf.

This week, he gets an inconsistent Eagles secondary. As long as MVP candidate quarterback Russel Wilson keeps up his pace and Hollister continues to get this kind of volume, he might be a top-10 tight end by the end of the season.

1. James Washington, WR, Steelers (vs. CIN)

James Washington has had an up-and-down road through his first season-and-a-half in Pittsburgh. Tallying at least four targets in each of the last five games and building trust with Mason Rudolph, though, is exactly the kind of volume you’re looking for in a backup fantasy wide receiver.

With No. 1 receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster out this week and Diontae Johnson perhaps joining him on the inactives list, Washington has the opportunity to make a big impact in the Steelers offense. For good measure, he can instill faith in those looking to stream him given that he’s facing the winless Bengals, whose defense has been atrocious in 2019.

If you have big-name receivers like Tyreek Hill, Stefon Diggs or Christian Kirk out on bye this week, you should be well off with slotting Washington into your lineup as a low-end WR2 or a high-end flex play.
