While not every game is available for main slate DraftKings NFL picks, Week 12 is absolutely loaded in terms of quality games. From Seahawks vs. Eagles at 1:00 p.m. ET to Cowboys vs. Patriots in the late afternoon and then Packers vs. 49ers on Sunday Night Football and Ravens vs. Rams on Monday night, it’s a stacked slate this week in the NFL.
That makes it fun for NFL fans to watch from the get-go. However, you can always up the ante by putting more stock in these games with a DraftKings NFL lineup. Not only will you be watching great football but you can capitalize on it with some potential winnings in DFS fantasy football.

Quarterbacks
Russell Wilson, SEA (at PHI) $6,800 – A potential MVP candidate, Wilson has been unbelievably good this season and is now up against the paltry Eagles pass defense. This could be a massive game for the Seahawks quarterback in a big situation.
Matt Ryan, ATL (vs. TB) $6,700 – Ryan has been highly consistent this season, despite how bad Atlanta has been at time. On Sunday, they get the Bucs pass defense at home, which could mean Ryan throwing it all over the yard on Tampa Bay — especially in a possible shootout.
Jameis Winston, TB (at ATL) $6,200 – Choosing to hitch your wagon to Jameis is never a settling proposition because of the turnovers. Even with that, though, he’s still scored 21 or more points in five straight games on DraftKings. Against the Falcons, that should continue.
Baker Mayfield, CLE (vs. MIA) $5,900 – Despite his awful start, Mayfield has not had a turnover in each of the last three weeks and has at least 17 fantasy points in each of those games. Now facing the Dolphins, he could be in store for a huge day.
Sam Darnold, NYJ (vs. OAK) $5,800 – After some duds, Darnold has been hot with 21.7 and 26.4 points in DFS these past two weeks. The Raiders pass defense isn’t scaring anyone and the Jets quarterback offers nice value at this spot.
Jeff Driskel, DET (at WAS) $5,500 – In two starts for the Lions, Driskel has 19.1 and 27.5 points in DraftKings scoring. He’s been running well to add to his value and has a friendly, friendly matchup with the Redskins in Week 12.
