Best DraftKings NFL picks and lineup for Week 12

How you construct your DraftKings lineup depends on the type of contest you’re looking to play. For the purposes of this lineup, we’re looking at larger tournament plays. That means taking bigger swings and bigger risks in hopes of striking gold and winning big in DFS. This lineup has that type of upside and is more than worthwhile.

QB: Baker Mayfield ($5,900)
RB: Ezekiel Elliott ($7,500)
RB: Derrick Henry ($6,900)
WR: Mike Evans ($7,300)
WR: Jarvis Landry ($6,300)
WR: Josh Gordon ($4,200)
TE: Noah Fant ($3,900)
FLEX: Kareem Hunt ($5,600)
D/ST: Dallas Cowboys ($2,300)
Remaining Budget: $100

There are commodities in this lineup that are pretty sure. Henry and Evans seem like sure things to have a big game while Mayfield and the Browns have been playing well on offense and have a matchup against the Dolphins this week. That bodes well for all of those picks.

Perhaps the biggest risk, though, is inserting Elliott into the lineup. I’m fully aware how good the Patriots defense has been this season but they have been susceptible at times on the ground. And with the strength of their pass defense, I see Dallas giving their running back a ton of work.

With Fant’s usage in the past two games and Gordon having high boom potential in a great matchup, though, this lineup is bursting with upside. As long as the Cowboys defense doesn’t give up 100 points — which seems unlikely given New England’s recent offensive play, this lineup should very well be a winner.
