2. Goff held below 200 yards, Gurley below 50 yards

Despite the Los Angeles Rams beating the Bears last week and winning three of their last four, Jared Goff has remained largely problematic, particularly over the last two games. Over those two performances, he’s gone 33-of-59 for only 416 yards, no touchdowns and three interceptions. Todd Gurley, meanwhile, has actually shown somewhat of a spark lately, taking 37 carries for 170 yards and a touchdown in his last two outings.

That won’t be the case on Monday Night Football.

Goff is going to get pressured, even if the Ravens pass-rush isn’t their strong suit. Matthew Judon has come on late and he’ll bring the heat. Pair that with his outside receivers being covered by lockdown guys, and it’s literally going to be only Kupp that he’s able to find regularly. Moreover, Baltimore’s run defense has been quite good for much of the year and that will end Gurley’s recent run of success.

1. Jackson accounts for 5 touchdowns in another MVP performance

Lamar Jackson’s run towards the MVP has been phenomenal this season. Through 10 games, the Ravens quarterback has 2,258 yards passing, 19 passing touchdowns and only five interceptions while also accruing 781 rushing yards and six more touchdowns. He’s been superb but now he’s going up against a Rams defense that has given up only 8.5 points per game over their last four outings. Will they be able to finally slow him down?

The LA defense has played better but that likely has more to do with opponents than anything else. Outside of the Falcons, they’ve faced three of the worst offenses in the NFL in their last four games. They haven’t played anyone with a dynamic playmaker like Jackson and the Ravens quarterback will show it. Shredding linebackers with his arms and legs, the MVP frontrunner will add to his case with a five-touchdown night in LA.
