The NFL Power Rankings for Week 13 bring plenty to discuss again, whether it’s the 49ers making another statement or the Titans continuing to remain hot.

As expected, the NFL Power Rankings Week 13 has plenty of great topics worth discussing, whether it happens to be Dwayne Haskins earning his first game as a starter or the Cincinnati Bengals flirting with the wrong side of history still in search of their first win.

But when it comes to the biggest stories from the weekend, it’s going to be difficult to take away from the excitement surrounding the San Francisco 49ers and Tennessee Titans after each team pulled off major wins to remain hot at the perfect time.

There’s a reason why the NFL decided to flex Sunday’s game between the 49ers and Green Bay Packers since this matchup seemed to have the potential to become an early playoff preview in the NFC.

While this could very well still turn out to be the case, if the Packers do happen to meet the 49ers come January, they better figure out a way to perform better than Sunday night after Green Bay was absolutely embarrassed by San Francisco in front of a national audience.

Clearly, the 49ers are the real deal when it comes to deserving consideration for being the top team to beat within the NFC, and it will certainly be interesting to see how the Packers respond after this kind of loss since from an overall perspective, they looked awful.

As for the Titans, no one seems to be questioning the decision by Mike Vrabel anymore to make the switch at quarterback from Marcus Mariota to Ryan Tannehill after seeing the kind of spark the former Miami Dolphins quarterback has brought to the offense.

By blowing out the Jacksonville Jaguars to earn their fourth win in five games, Tennessee is all of a sudden back in the mix for the AFC South title, although they still have plenty of work to do over the next couple of weeks.

Time will tell when it comes to seeing whether these two teams can continue to stay hot with the start of the playoffs right around the corner, but for now, let’s jump right in on the NFL Power Rankings for Week 13 to see where each team stands.
