15. Los Angeles Rams (14) – Play Monday Night vs. Ravens
Back at the beginning of the season, the Los Angeles Rams knew their Week 12 meeting with the Baltimore Ravens would most likely be one of their most difficult games of 2019, but that was due to the defense.
Now that Lamar Jackson is playing on an MVP level, and the Ravens are making a push for the top overall seed in the AFC, Monday’s game will be a little more difficult than originally expected for the Rams.
But also, this is another perfect opportunity for Los Angeles to prove they deserve to be in the playoff conversation since the defending NFC champions are currently on the outside looking in for the final Wild Card spot in the conference.
From inconsistent play to the offensive line to Todd Gurley taking a step back in regards to his workload, there are plenty of factors that have come into play for some of the struggles with Los Angeles in 2019.
If the Rams were smart, McVay would continue to give Gurley a heavy workload on offense when seeing how effective it was the week before when Los Angeles was able to take down the Chicago Bears.
Gurley’s workload has been down in a big way this season after seeing what took place last winter, but since Los Angeles is on the verge of desperation mode, it’s time for their star running back to shine on Monday against Baltimore.
