Tennessee Titans (6-5) at Indianapolis Colts (6-5)

Sunday, December 1, 1PM ET

A couple of weeks ago, I would have thought I was mad to pick the Tennessee Titans over the Indianapolis Colts. However, at this very moment, these two clubs are headed in completely opposite directions. I don’t see that changing in Week 13.

Since the Titans made Ryan Tannehill the starting quarterback, they’ve been a different team. The offense is firing on all cylinders, the wins continue to pile up and they’re suddenly looking a potential playoff sleeper. To top if off, the Tennessee defense has held up its end of the deal, doing a great job of bending without breaking.

Meanwhile, the Colts haven’t been the same since Jacoby Brissett went down with an injury. Even when he returned to the field, Indianapolis hasn’t been as explosive on offense. That’s put more pressure to defense to win games on Sundays, and it hasn’t yielded the best results.

Can the Colts win this game? Absolutely. However, with a number of notable injuries (including to Eric Ebron and Marlon Mack) and waning confidence, I wouldn’t be surprised if they crumbled against their AFC South rivals. What looked like a promising campaign has quickly fallen apart for Indianapolis, and it’s not going to get any better against the Titans.

Prediction: Titans win 20-16
