4. Dan Quinn

Just when it seemed like Dan Quinn and the Atlanta Falcons were about to make things a little more interesting in the NFC following two impressive wins on the road over the New Orleans Saints and Carolina Panthers, Week 12 happened.

After defeating two of their top rivals over the previous two weeks, a meeting with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at home seemed like a dream scenario for the Falcons before the team came up short on the losing end 35-22.

All of a sudden, Quinn finds his name back on the hot seat since Atlanta is heading towards the second year in a row of missing out on the playoffs, despite having plenty of talent to work with on both sides of the football.

Back in Week 2, this Falcons team seemed ready to make the leap to return to being a top contender in the NFC once again before it all went downhill with six losses in a row.

Atlanta realizes they face a difficult decision since Quinn has proven to be popular with the players over the years, but also at the end of the day, the Falcons need someone that can take advantage of the talent to work with.
