19. Miller records sack for third game in a row

Once again, this season has turned into a major disappointment for the Denver Broncos after watching the struggles on offense continue, especially at quarterback.

Instead of the Broncos becoming a contender again in the AFC with former Super Bowl MVP Joe Flacco under center, Denver would watch the veteran hit IR, and settle for Brandon Allen over the last few games.

All due respect to Allen since there have been times in which the quarterback has looked sharp for the Broncos on offense, but the verdict is still out over whether he would be worth taking a risk on for the long run.

On the other side of the football, one can only imagine how frustrating things have been for the defense since the unit continues to do their job, only to watch their teammates on offense struggle for the most part.

At least with Von Miller entering Week 13 looking to record his third-straight game with a sack, the Broncos star linebacker has another opportunity to end the 2019 season on a high note.

Maybe once Denver finally figures out their issues on offense, Miller and the rest of the defense won’t need to continue dealing with this unfair pressure since this will most likely mark the fourth year in a row the Broncos are left watching the playoffs from home.
