3. Los Angeles Rams

If the Los Angeles Rams go from appearing in the Super Bowl last February to failing to even earn a playoff spot in the NFC this season, one can only imagine what the offseason is going to be like for the defending NFC champions.

For a team that has been in win-now mode over the last two seasons with the mindset of bringing on any player possible to put the team in the best position possible to earn a trip to the Super Bowl, the Rams have been one of the biggest disappointments from 2019.

From Jared Goff going the entire month of November without a single touchdown pass to the team’s most recent 45-6 loss at home to the Baltimore Ravens, there are plenty of reasons behind the struggles in Los Angeles this season.

Originally, a matchup with the Arizona Cardinals and their rookie quarterback in Kyler Murray seemed like a dream scenario for the Rams at the beginning of the season, but things have changed since then.

Seeing how great the Cardinals have looked in their two games against the San Francisco 49ers this year, Arizona is the last team Los Angeles can afford to take a light approach with, or they could end up on the losing end for a second game in a row.
