Wondering how the Jacksonville Jaguars will play in Week 13 against the Buccaneers? Here are three bold predictions of the game.
A very familiar quote from Charles Dickens is a very accurate description of the Jacksonville Jaguars season, so far. “It was the best of times, it was the worst of times…” Gardner Minshew gave the fans hope and then the run defense totally collapsed.
The Jaguars have the worst record in the AFC South at 4-7. Most of all, they are 1-4 against divisional opponents. They have an opportunity to correct their current path.
On Sunday in Week 13, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers come to town with visions of winning consecutive games. They have the same record as the Jaguars, 4-7. However, they are coming off a road victory against Atlanta.
The Buccaneers appear to be rising. Jacksonville seems to be declining. Seems like Dickens got it right — A Tale of Two Cities! Remember, anything can happen in the NFL on any given Sunday/Monday/Thursday.
Tom Coughlin broke the silence to talk about the current state of affairs. He reached out to the Jaguars fans, via John Oehser of Jaguars.com:
"“We need you now. There’s still a chance to have a winning product.”"
Coughlin has not given up on the possibility of a winning season. They can take a huge step forward with a victory on Sunday. Expect an inspired Jaguars football team to take the field on Sunday.
