12. Los Angeles Rams (15)

Less than a week after embarrassing themselves in front of a national audience following a 56-7 loss to the Baltimore Ravens, the Los Angeles Rams were hoping to turn things around with a favorable Week 13 matchup against the Arizona Cardinals.

Despite the Cardinals going through some rebuilding while adjusting to Kyler Murray under center, the team seemed like a threat for the Rams when seeing how close they came up defeating the San Francisco 49ers both times.

After all of the previous struggles on offense throughout the month of November, it appears that Los Angeles just needed a game against Arizona to get back on track, especially Jared Goff.

Rightfully so, Goff has received all sorts of criticism as of late after failing to throw a single touchdown pass in the month of November, but watching the former No. 1 pick shred the Cardinals for 424 yards with two touchdowns shows what he’s capable of.

Part of the reason behind the frustration surrounding Goff has been due to all of the weapons the Rams have to work with on offense, whether it involves Todd Gurley in the backfield or his trio of wide receivers.

Los Angeles certainly needs some help the rest of the way to earn a spot in the NFC playoffs, but if they can use Sunday’s win as motivation, maybe there is hope for the defending NFC champions.
