6. Houston Texans (8)

Since the Tennessee Titans are heating up at the perfect time, the Houston Texans realized the importance of Sunday’s meeting with the New England Patriots.

Normally, the Patriots have proven to be a nightmare for the Texans over the years, but thanks to the defense stepping up along with Deshaun Watson continuing to make big play on offense, Houston managed to earn the 28-22 win.

Don’t be fooled by the final score since the Texans were in control for most of the game, and two of their touchdowns came in the final minutes of the fourth quarter when the contest was basically over.

But as great as Houston must be feeling after this win over the defending champions, let’s not forget this is still a team with plenty to prove since before taking down the Patriots, they suffered an embarrassing loss to the Baltimore Ravens.

Beating the Patriots with their struggling offense is one thing, but until the Texans can prove they can compete with a team like the Texans, some concerns will still be there.
