3. Seattle Seahawks (4) – Play Monday Night vs. Vikings

Thanks to the Baltimore Ravens taking down the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday, the Seattle Seahawks are in position to officially move into first place in the NFC West if they can take down the Minnesota Vikings Monday night.

Despite all of the excitement surrounding the 49ers all season, the Seahawks made a huge statement a few weeks ago by handing San Francisco their first loss of 2019, meaning Seattle currently holds the head-to-head tiebreaker.

One can only imagine the excitement surrounding Russell Wilson after the results of Sunday’s game with the 49ers since the Seahawks star finds himself in amazing position to not only help his team take over the division lead but also add to his MVP resume.

At the moment, Lamar Jackson appears to be the favorite to take home MVP honors when the time comes since the Baltimore Ravens are arguably the top team to beat in the NFL, but Wilson isn’t too far behind with the kind of season he’s put together.

Defeating the Vikings will be far from easy, but with the extra motivation thanks to this surprise factor involving the 49ers, Wilson and the Seahawks will be ready since this could result in a major shakeup when it comes to the current NFC playoff picture.
