2. Xavier

For all of the issues that the Dallas Cowboys have had in the 2019 season, their offensive line has played quite well overall. However, they struggled late against the Bills as Connor Williams had to leave due to an injury. And now that the guard is on injured reserve, that puts a lot of pressure on Xavier Su’a-Filo to step in and deliver a strong performance.

Su’a-Filo has been propped up as one of the better backup interior offensive linemen in the league by many Cowboys fans but he didn’t look the part against the Bills. While the Bears don’t have Akiem Hicks on the field, Dallas must keep pressure off of Prescott and allow Zeke to find room to run by holding strong on the interior, which will draw a lot of eyes to Su’a-Filo’s performance.

1. Amari

After getting blanked by the Patriots in Week 12, Amari Cooper had a bit of a bounce-back game on Thanksgiving in the loss to Buffalo. Despite drawing a tough matchup again, the team-leader in receiving yards came up with eight catches for 85 yards. Against a Bears cornerback group that has been fine but far from exceptional though, Cooper needs to have a monster showing.

While Michael Gallup and Randall Cobb have been valuable weapons for the Cowboys offense this season, they don’t offer the same matchup nightmare that Cooper does. Prescott and the offense need to look the way of their No. 1 often and consistently throughout the Thursday night matchup with Chicago if their offense is going to succeed. And just as much, Cooper needs to produce with those looks.
