1. Buccaneers

First off, let the record show the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are one of the most difficult teams to figure out in the NFL, and once the offseason arrives, they face one of the biggest decisions in determining whether it’s worth giving Jameis Winston another chance in 2020.

When looking at some of the weapons Winston has to work with on offense led by Mike Evans, most quarterbacks would love to find themselves in his situation, which is part of the reason behind some of the frustration.

The fact that Winston has yet to lead Tampa Bay to the playoffs in five NFL seasons is the perfect example of why this will be such a difficult decision since there have been numerous times in which he has looked amazing on offense, only to struggle the next.

A team like the Buccaneers can’t continue to waste their time with a quarterback in Winston if he isn’t capable of helping the team get over the hump in the NFC, which is why Foles could be an intriguing option.

Keep in mind there was some interest in Foles a few years ago on Tampa Bay’s end, and if the Buccaneers did decide to move on from Winston, a scenario like this could work out great for both parties.
