1. Murray sacked five times

The rookie quarterback hasn’t received a warm welcome to the NFL from opposing pass rushers. Murray, who is one of the more mobile quarterbacks in the NFL, faces constant pressures. Pass rushers have dropped Murray a league-leading 41 times this season, including ten times in just his last two games. Things won’t get any better in Week 14.

The Cardinals faced the San Francisco 49ers in Week 11, and the 49ers sacked Murray four times. The 49ers have 45 sacks this season, which puts them in second place this season. Then, the Los Angeles Rams got to Murray six times in Week 13. The Rams have 38 sacks this season, which ties them for sixth. Now, the Cardinals will face the Steelers. Pittsburgh has 43 sacks this season, the third-most in the NFL.

Murray and the Cardinals have run into a tough stretch of teams. Arizona doesn’t have an offensive line capable of handling the pressure teams such as the Steelers and 49ers can apply. T.J. Watt is in the midst of a career season. The third-year outside linebacker is hunting for an All-Pro selection with his 12.5 sacks, 27 quarterback hits and five forced fumbles.

Likewise, Bud Dupree is putting up the best numbers of his career. The future free agent has 8.5 sacks and four forced fumbles this year. Cameron Heyward is putting in work as well. The former All-Pro has a career-high 61 tackles to go along with seven sacks and 17 quarterback hits. On Sunday, Murray won’t be able to avoid all three of Pittsburgh’s top pass rushers for long.
