2. Thomas finds end zone three times

Any receiver finding the end zone three times against a tough defense in the San Francisco 49ers sounds ridiculous to even consider, but Michael Thomas is a special kind of player.

Looking back at the 2016 NFL Draft, every team wishes they took a chance on the Ohio State product instead of allowing the Saints to select Thomas in the second round.

With 110  catches to his name heading into Week 14, there’s a good chance that Thomas will be closing in on the single-season record.

But since records are the least of Thomas’ concerns, all the wideout cares about at the moment is doing whatever it takes to help the Saints take down the 49ers.

As most cornerbacks in the NFL have learned over the years, there’s only so much they can do to keep a talented wideout like Thomas in check, and no matter how hard they try, he’s most likely going to find the football in his hands at some point.

Better yet, if Thomas finds a way to get into the end zone on multiple occasions against the 49ers, this will help the Saints hang on to that No. 1 seed in the NFC, and keep them in amazing position for the final three weeks of action.
