1. Jason Garrett

Could this finally be the year in which the Dallas Cowboys pull the trigger by moving on from Garrett as their head coach?

By now, most football fans assumed the Cowboys would have been able to reach the Super Bowl at least once or twice with the talent Garrett has to work with, yet the head coach continues to receive heavy criticism for failing to get this team to live up to high expectations.

As previously mentioned, it’s embarrassing to look at Dallas this season fail to take advantage of a struggling Philadelphia Eagles team with a larger lead in the division, and the NFC East in general has become a laughing stock across the NFL.

If the Cowboys fail to reach the playoffs, it seems like only a matter of time before Garrett is let go, and even if Dallas earns a trip, Garrett’s fate could be determined off of how far the team goes in January.

Some will say Garrett is being treated unfairly, but most of the fan base seems ready to move on with someone new to avoid the team continuing to fail to live up to the high expectations.

The good news is if Garrett does get let go by Dallas eventually, there will be plenty of coaches willing to take on the job as the next head coach for the Cowboys.
