OT. New York Jets. Alex Leatherwood. 11. player. 30.

We have seen flashes of what the New York Jets were supposed to be this season over the last few weeks. While anything but consistent and with plenty of stumbles, Sam Darnold has flashed tremendous talent while some of the defensive playmakers have done some good things as well. Having said that, Gang Green is still a long way from competing with the best teams in the AFC as currently constructed.

Improving the offensive line would be a big step in the right direction. The unit has been awful at protecting Darnold and paving paths for Le’Veon Bell but Alex Leatherwood can offer assistance. Alabama’s starting left tackle has been a force in the trenches for the Crimson Tide all season, showcasing prowess as both a run and pass blocker. He’d be an immediate upgrade in the Big Apple to help the offense become more consistent.

54. . CB. Philadelphia Eagles. Kristian Fulton. 12. player

Few teams in the NFL have been as big of a letdown as the Philadelphia Eagles. No matter how you slice it, a team that had a roster seemingly capable of contending for a Super Bowl entering the season is now in danger of not even winning the NFC East, which is decidedly the worst division in the league this year. And while the offense has its share of woes, the defense remains the biggest issue.

Philadelphia has to address their secondary in the draft which is why LSU’s Kristian Fulton is the pick at No. 12. Fulton has been solid all season, even as the Tigers defense has been anything but impressive overall. He has the physical profile of what any team would want in a cornerback to go with a strong playmaking mentality that should make him a solid upgrade for the Eagles defensive backs.
