The top of the NFL Power Rankings for Week 15 of the 2019 season is shuffling after the 49ers’ big win over the Saints and with the Chiefs topping the Patriots.

As expected from the results of all of the key games from the weekend, the NFL Power Rankings for Week 15 will certainly give football fans plenty to discuss over the next few days.

All season, the San Francisco 49ers were considered the team to beat within the NFC since they happened to be the last team to suffer their first loss, but unfortunately Week 13 saw Kyle Shanahan’s squad suffer their second loss of the year to the Baltimore Ravens.

To top it off, the Seattle Seahawks were coming off a thrilling win over the Minnesota Vikings, meaning the 49ers dropped from the top overall seed in the NFC to one of the Wild Card spots.

Just like that, San Francisco was facing a whole new level of pressure entering Week 14 to avoid digging a deeper hole in the NFC playoff standings.

But thanks to their thrilling win on the road over the New Orleans Saints to go along with receiving some help from the Los Angles Rams taking down the Seahawks, the 49ers are back in first place.

Meanwhile, things in the AFC are beginning to get a little more intense as well after the Kansas City Chiefs handed the New England Patriots a second loss in a row, making it seem like that No. 2 seed is still up for grabs.
