24. Los Angeles Chargers (26)

It’s fair to assume that most Los Angeles Chargers fans were wondering why the team hasn’t been able to play every week like Sunday’s 45-10 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars, but at least it gives some sort of hope for what the future holds.

For weeks, Philip Rivers has rightfully received plenty of criticism for his poor play on offense, as plenty of critics strongly believe the veteran’s arm strength is a major issue, and the Chargers would be better off moving on in the offseason.

One game obviously doesn’t mean Rivers is officially off the hook, but watching him complete 16 of 22 passes for 314 yards to go along with three touchdowns will at least silent the critics until Week 15.

Watching Los Angeles fail to live up to the offseason hype in 2019 after reaching the Divisional Round last year has been a major disappointment for obvious reasons, but at least the Chargers can still play spoiler role over the final three weeks.

Not to mention, if Rivers can continue to play at a high level, and build off from Sunday’s win over the Jaguars, the Chargers would feel way more confident in giving him another chance in 2020.
