16. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (20)

Where has this Tampa Bay Buccaneers team been all season?

By earning a third win in a row on Sunday after defeating the Indianapolis Colts 38-35, the Buccaneers could end up being the perfect example of too little, too late when it comes to the NFC playoff picture.

Back in November, all hope seemed lost for Tampa Bay, and while earning a playoff spot is still considered a long shot, it has been impressive to watch the Buccaneers show some life over these last three games.

But once again, the Buccaneers are in another difficult position when it comes to determining whether Jameis Winston has a future with the team.

Since Winston is most likely heading towards another year in which the former No. 1 pick will fail to lead Tampa Bay to a playoff berth, it will be interesting to see what the team decides in the offseason.

As great as it was to watch Winston shred the Colts’ defense for 456 yards to go along with four touchdowns, the three interceptions also continue to show how much of a concern the turnovers are for the Buccaneers quarterback.

At least if Winston can help Tampa Bay continue to win games over the final three weeks, the Buccaneers will be more open to giving him another shot in 2020.
