1. Baltimore Ravens (1)

After defeating the San Francisco 49ers at home the previous week in sloppy conditions, the Baltimore Ravens knew they would be in for another tough battle on the road against the Buffalo Bills during Week 14.

And even though the Bills put up a great fight towards the end of the contest, all that matters for the Ravens is they earned a ninth win in a row to officially claim a playoff berth in the AFC.

Of course, this was basically already a guarantee to eventually happen since the Ravens have been one of the hottest teams in the NFL over the last few months, but it’s still great to make it official after Sunday’s win over the Bills.

Once again, Lamar Jackson continue to make a strong case for MVP after finishing with three touchdown passes against one of the top defenses in the NFL.

A few other players will continue to give Jackson a run for the quarterback’s money to win the award, but as long as the former Louisville star remains healthy, he’s going to be difficult to overtake.

Now that Baltimore has officially clinched a playoff berth, the next task becomes making sure the Ravens lock up the No. 1 seed in the AFC.

Thanks to some help from the Kansas City Chiefs taking down the New England Patriots on Sunday, the Ravens should feel better about their chances.
